Looks like someone drinks a lot of protein shakes.
At approximately 8:30 AM on November 5 in Hangzhou, a condom filled "with a solution" was thrown off a building. The falling condom, otherwise known as “It’s Raining Tiny Men”, crashed down onto the front windshield of a Chevrolet that was parked near the Shitianhe Outpatient Clinic, and may inspire a new local tradition of consuming “milk popsicles”.
The impact of the filled condom completely smashed the glass windshield of the Chevrolet; the damage to the car windshield is estimated at approximately a thousand Yuan, an expensive hit to the wallet of the car owner in what can only be properly surmised as a real “money shot”.
It appears that forensic scientists may have a DNA sample on hand with which to identify the culprit who dropped the “heavy load”.

And a stone that felt on the windshield (or someone who shattered the windshield, say with a pickaxe), and then latter a condom, no ? Because to break a winshield with a condom, that's some seriously hard load :p

Who knows who submitted that story but unless the condom had a stone or pebble inside it would be physically impossible for it to shatter a windscreen. Even dropped from 20 floors it could never attain a velocity fast enough to do really any damage and would almost be floating down seconds after it was dropped. I've heard of cumming hard but that borders on the ridiculous!!
