Two people were killed and many more injured after simultaneous explosions in three different locations occurred in Luntai County, Xinjiang on Sunday September 21.

State media released a brief statement on Monday morning confirming that the explosions had happened at around 17:00 and an unspecified number of injured people were in hospital.

Luntai County is located in the West of Xinjiang, which has been the target of frequent violent attacks in the past years- however, in recent months, attacks have increased in frequency and expanded to the capital of Xinjiang and into other cities and provinces in China.

According to the Guardian, 323 people have died so far this year in violent incidents related to this region.

Although not stated it is widely assumed that these attackers were Muslims. Even though they received the death penalty they achieved their goal of becoming martyrs and entering paradise. All governments should deny these terrorists their wish and prevent them from entering paradise. Once they have been executed their bodies should be wrapped in a shroud made of pig skin therefore permanently preventing them from entering paradise and being condemned to hell for all eternity. If fellow Muslims knew this would be their fate there would be fewer recruits willing to become martyrs.

Simultaneous explosions in three separate locations at 5pm. Unless the planning was hopelessly inadequate it would be a miracle if only 3 people were killed. Nobody who lives out here believes these contrived casualty numbers. The pot is very hot now and in danger of bubbling over.
