The high-speed rail connecting Shenzhen to Qingyuan was officially opened on May 4th. Trains depart from Shenzhen North Station and take approximately one hour to reach Qingyuan. Three trains will operate daily: trains G6002, G6010 and G6018 depart from Shenzhen at 7:55, 11:52 and 16:30 respectively. G6018 stops at only Guangzhou South Station while the other two stop at both Humen Station and Guangzhou South Station. The return trains G6001, G6009 and G6017 depart from Qingyuan at 9:23, 14:34 and 18:49 respectively and stop at Guangzhou South Station and Humen Station.
