If you want to leave/arrive Shen Zhen Bei Shan during rush hour in the morning and evening the only reasonable transportation way is the MTR.

From the Shenzhen North Station it takes around 20 minutes by MTR to the Convention center station(Long Hua Line), I guess another 20 to 30 minutes to Lo Wu (Lu Bao Line)

If you want to go to Hongkong I suggest you take the MTR until Futian Check point and cross the boarder there.

From Pazhou to GZ South RWS I recomment you also the GZ Metro

For both Locations go to google maps and search for "Shenzhen North Railway Station" or "Guangzhou South Railway Station, Nanzhan North Road, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China"
