Report Claims There Are 10 Million Drug Addicts in China

The Ministry of Public Security released a report this week stating that that in 2013 over 5,700 tons of illegal drugs were seized by police. The report also stated that there were approximately 10 million drug addicts in China, of which 70% are believed to be teenagers.
