A man on a motorcycle circled Beijing’s 2nd Ring Road in only 13 minutes, riding at 237 kilometers per hour. The man posted a video of the feat online, causing outrage online. One Netizen wrote, “So, they are not just speeding illegally, but also putting their life and the lives of others in danger?”
The post has attracted the attention of Beijing traffic police, who are now investigating the case. Once the man is identified, he will be dealt with severely according to the law. Beijing traffic police have reached out to the public to help identify the man.

lol, i did it plenty of times in shanghai, infact almost every wednesday we go out around the ring road at 299kmph. And the only accidents we saw were one someone was riding slow...Its a R1, supposed to go fast. So whats the big deal. The outrage is usually from people who either dont have the balls to buy/ride a bike, since 30-50k RMB is not a big amount. or the chicks who wanna be pillion. I hear this from foreigners all the time..."its crazy owning a bike in china..expensive.. crazy traffic.." bla bla bla. No one has plates...grow a pair, if you want it, buy it..

i agree but to some extent, Young people + fast vehicles - Training = stupid behaviour. Training counts...there are tons of them who are young, trained and disciplined. Riding fast aint a problem, if you have anything that moves you want to drive it fast. even if its your electric scooter or bike or whatever its called. You will push it to the limit. So even a bicycle is dangerous. Cycle riders are the real assholes.

Could have easily been Chinese . They have been drag racing around Chinese university campuses hitting people. Why shouldn't they ride motorcycles too.
