In order to deal with the heaving crowds and allow more people to view the masterpieces of the National Museum, the venue will be extending its opening hours to allow late night visits to the museum for the first time.
May 3 and May 10, the venue will be open until 20:00, with the last ticket sales at 19:00. The National museum boasts a wealth of artifacts from all points of China’s extensive history and art exhibitions of works from both Chinese and European Masters.
