Guizhou City Vocational College has recently completed its new campus, and has hung up 9 banners congratulating the college, allegedly from world famous universities. The universities that apparently sent their official congratulations in the form of large red Chinese style propaganda banners include Stanford University, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford and Harvard University, among others.
A teacher who asked to remain anonymous said that these congratulations were fake, and that the college is sponsored by the local government and a commercial enterprise. The government thus also really approves of their ‘internationalization’ and wants to see the college succeed.

haha, true. A lot of books published in China claimed that they're the translated works of some famous authors in Havard or a famous professor in UK. But in fact they are written by ordinary Chinese writers.

Have no fear, Chinese university students are well aware the local government is lying. So does anyone with a college or university degree.

If you are an employer you know what graduates to put at the bottom of your hiring list. Ever notice birds of the same feather always flock together?
