First Cold Warning Issued this Winter, Temperatures Throughout China Drop Below 0℃

On November 26, the Central China Weather Forecasting Center issued a code blue cold warning. On November 27 and 28 after being influenced by a cold air front, the forecast for the majority of central and eastern China calls for heavy winds and plummeting temperatures. These temperatures will be the lowest so far this season. The lowest temperatures for Hefei, Wuhan, Nanjing, and Hangzhou will all dip below 0℃
