Chinese Company Sany Wins Case against Obama

A US federal court of appeal has made a verdict in the favour of Chinese machinery company The Sany group after it sued the Obama administration for infringement of their legal rights.

In 2012 the Comittee for Foreign Investment prohibited an acquisition by Ralls Corp., a subsidiary of Sany Heavy Industry. Ralls originally planned the acquisition of four wind power plants close to a naval base in Oregon but the acquisition was halted by the Obama administration on the grounds of national security.

The court ruled that the directive issued by the government violated the company’s constitutionally protected property rights.

Although the ruling is a landmark case in that it’s the first case to legally challenge a Committee for Foreign Investment decision, experts say that the ruling won’t have a significant impact on future Cfius rulings.

America, continuing to kiss China's ass. Where are the anti-Obama Republicans on this one?

not against Obama. If it was a presidential order i don't think the supreme court could over turn it, not without huge political ramifications and no doubt the fall of the western world and the return of jesus
