In the afternoon of October 9, Quiyi, a Ningbo police officer, experienced a rather strange encounter; a 26 year old man from Anhui province, came in to file a police report against a prostitute he had connected with on WeChat, but never showed up.
On the evening of October 8, Xiaoqian searched for a prostitute on WeChat. The woman he found sent him a list of different sexual services, a price list for them, and a phone number. He confirmed a 300 RMB set of services, and went to the ATM to withdraw money.
After waiting by the bank all night, Xiaoqian was not happy, and redialed the number. However, there was no response on the other side, so he went and filed a police report.
Qiuyi, the Ningbo police officer, criticised Xiaoqian and ‘educated’ him, but there are no reports of punishments for him, even though what he had intended is illegal.

A lot of poorly educated people commited crimes but they didn't realize it. Today I read a piece of new claiming that a 19-year-old got pregnant but she was so afraid that she strangled her baby. Later the police came and she didn't even know she had murdered someone and would be put in jail.
