Jun 08, 2013 By eChinacities.com

During the afternoon of June 7, level 8 and 9 winds on the Beaufort scale ripped through the Yangtze River Estuary near Shanghai. This caused 12 ships carrying a total of 56 people to send out distress calls.

The Shanghai Maritime Safety Agency soon sent out 20 rescue boats to assist those caught in the winds. Seven of the boats sank, though 55 people were eventually rescued by 1:00 on June 8.

There is still one person missing.

wow. Wind and seven boats sink. If Shanghai wind, which tends to be nothing unless a cyclone comes in can sink seven ships... I am just amazed at how bad authorities are here everyday. Why are these boats allowed on the river? Why were they not told to dock as weather in Shanghai is piss easy to work out day to day. Hot, cold a tiny bit of wind or a storm. This shit ain't hard to do. All about the money isn't China, that says it isn't, hence it is. One missing, that would be China threatening to go to war if it was in the south China sea but as we all know "China can destroy, wreck as many and kill as many Chinese lives as it pleases and no one will care because, screw it, why bother about anything"

there are so many things to be negative about and if you are negative, then you are an ass. It is because people have no say or choice. Must do it, leave or die. You like you never get the facts? you like you get lied too? You like injustice? You like that the rich can buy the law? You like that money wins? Obviously most people do because no one cares.

Some people see this place as they future , but really, let they look out of the window and tell me what is there now.... I can not see the airport, even I can not see the world trade tower, since I am maybe 1km far away ...
