Hebei School Uses ‘Wait For Me, The Chinese Dream” as Exam Theme

Hengshui high school in Hebei has decided to use an interesting theme for their college entrance exam (gaokao) this year. The theme for 2014 is ‘Wait For Me, The Chinese Dream”. And what do they see as the Chinese Dream? Apparently it is attending either Peking University or Tsinghua University in Beijing.

The rally cry, yes and actually verbal expulsion, that has been taken up by the students is, “Tsinghua, Peking, here I come.” The hope is that these slogans will help the students stay focused, work hard and ‘ease the psychological exam tension’.

In 2013, the school had 6 students accepted into Tsinghua University and 19 into Peking University.

Tsingtao, Yanjing, here I come. Helps me stay focused and ease tension! It's the goal of every bottle to gain admission, but my stomach can only process so much volume.
