As a good number of contributors on echinacitie believe that uberkind is yet another copy of that anti american ranter, lokethebloke and also believe that I've

been banned countless times by admin.    A wamo and a charlaton,  just another one of those countless Chinese imposters.   Hold on, mr admin has investigated and found that apart from a few genuine mistakes with my logging on, I'm actually british.   For all my anti american hostility and retoric,  does anybody think it's justified for people to jump to conclusions just because my views and opinions differ from theirs?  If I behaved like that to the chinese authorities I would expect to be dragged off somewhere and at least receive a good talking to.   I don't behave like that to the chinese authorities because I have a good idea what sort of hostility to expect but I don't expect to get the same treatment from freedom loving expats.   Perhaps, however, from a self appointed lynch mob who jump to conclusions with no proof,  then as far as they are concerned, it is just what I deserve.

Innocent until proven otherwise seems to be a pretty decent mantra to me.

Example, all those people who were convinced that the neighbourhood watch chappy was guilty of at least manslaughter and yet a jury of his peers have decided that it's ok for an armed man to shoot and kill an unarmed teenager.   The armed man thought that the teenager was a danger to his neighbourhood and himself.   Very brave and honourable behaviour,  or just a coward jumping to conclusions?   The consequences of jumping to conclusions, one dead teenager and possible riots on the streets.   Well it could have been worse, the teenager could have been a criminal.   His devout christian family don't think he was.

We all know that the rules are broken daily on this site and we all know that if the very loud minority were banned something would be lost.  The hate and the bile that is sometimes spouted on here is obscene and in my dear old country could be deemed to be illegal.   It upsets me, and the repost to that is 'well if you don't like it why don't you just piss off' we don't want the likes of you upsetting our cosy little club, fiefdom, cell, cabal, unit, pram.  Well I don't want to piss off and I don't want them to piss off either I just want to be able to have a decent debate without the racist hatred and biggotry which is denying the vast majority us from contributing.   I believe that it's good to view things from different angles, it broadens the mind, educates the soul, (if there is such a thing),  promotes freedom and sets a good example to those who are in the process of change.

I think that I'm banned because I can't log on to uberkind and I can't email either.   Anybody know what the score is?
