King of KTV lives up to its regal namesake with plush decorations and huge internal space, though its cheap hourly rate means it’s not only exclusively for those with blue blood. Although visitors may be disappointed at the lack of thrones installed in each room, there are modern, comfy looking sofas to relax on while you sing the night away. Subjects in need of refreshment need not worry, as there are cheap, comprehensive selections of food and drink on offer should you grow tired of all the vocal tomfoolery.

Set up in 2009, Baishenghui is conveniently located in the center of the city, opposite Zhuhai’s Times Square. Visitors can feel like real rock singers here with giant screens and wireless microphones all installed in rooms that can fit up to 20 people (though it’s a little bit more pricy that Music Box and King of KTV). Decorated in a futuristic style with numerous neon lights and modern sofas, Baishenghui serves as a great way to immerse yourself into the land of song.

The city wide 5km Run for Fun will take place in Zhuhai Riviera Park on October 24.
