Suzhou Taxi Fuel Surcharge to Drop From 2 to 1 RMB

Starting on December 12, the fuel surcharge added to taxis in Suzhou will be formally reduced from 2 RMB to 1 RMB. At present, the starting fare for Suzhou taxis is 10 RMB/3 km; upon exceeding 3 km, each successive km will be an additional 1.8 RMB. Passengers who take rides within the first preliminary 3 km are not required to pay the fuel surcharge.

10 rmb really? Don't know what Suzhou this person is talking about but every taxi I've hopped in was 12 rmb to start!
