The train taking passengers from Shenzhen to Nanjing will be the D2290 and will set out at 09:10 from Shenzhen North Station and arrive at Nanjing South Station at 22:04; the entire trip will take 12 hours and 54 minutes. The train providing service from Nanjing to Shenzhen will be the D2289 and will depart from Nanjing South Station at 08:54 and arrive at Shenzhen North Station at 21:45.
