Shenzhen Weather Turns: Smoggy Days Ahead
Oct 30, 2014 By eChinacities.com

Shenzhen will have an increase in the number of smoggy days ahead as the weather conditions are unfavourable, environmental officials have said, the Shenzhen Daily reports.

In October, the PM2.5 concentration was an average of 48 micrograms per cubic meter this month, about double the September average.

For the next two months, the pollution levels are expected to rise because of less rain, and more winds coming from the north of the country.

Fortunately for Shenzhen, it is not expected to have to battle Beijing-levels of pollution.
