Nanjing Public Security Bureau has released data that there are now over 24,000 foreign expats living in Nanjing, that’s 3,000 more than last year. Among these, 8,000 are students; 2,000 are experts and scholars and 3,000 are under 16’s attending school in the city.
Good safety situation and urban environment were given as reasons for the increasing numbers of foreigners moving to the city.
