Man Goes on Stabbing Spree in Shenzhen: Kills 3, Injures 5

In what is yet another worrying incident of violence on the streets of China, a Shenzhen man went on a stabbing spree on a road in the Cuizhu sub-district of Luohu District on July 29 at 9:45. The man was said to have killed three and wounded five, and has been identified as a 41-year-old man surnamed He, from Guangdong’s Jieyang.  

Although his motives are not yet known, it was noticed that he was mutilating himself during the attacks. Police were quick to arrive on the scene and apprehend He.

Investigations are currently ongoing.
