China Daily has composed a list of the 10 biggest Internet companies according to market value, using data from September 15 this year. The list demonstrates that Chinese companies are on the rise – but that the top spots are still taken by American companies like Google and Facebook.

The only companies that are bigger than Alibaba are Google, which came in first at 390.5 billion USD, and Facebook, on the second spot at 193.9 billion USD. Both of these companies have had a tumultuous past in China.
