Beijing Yuyang International Ski Resort will officially open on December 9, and will be in operation until the end of spring next year. The resort can be found in Pinggu Qinglongshan, 60 km outside of Beijing. It will take you about 40 minutes to get there by car.
The resort boasts three slopes of 1,600 m, 700 m and 600 m respectively. You can also rent skis at the venue: there are over 7,000 pairs available. So don’t fret, you don’t have to go at the crack of dawn to make sure you get a pair.
