Zhuhai Launches Illegal eBike Crackdown Campaign May 15th

Zhuhai is launching a campaign to crackdown on illegal motorbikes and electric bikes from May 15th onwards. The crackdown is expected to last for six months, during which time traffic police will be on the lookout for bikes without license plates or with non-local license plates, as well as discarded motorbikes. Owners of eBikes and motorbikes who do not have the proper paper work have from now until the 15th to legalize their vehicles.
