The Yunnan Safari park decided to take the show on the road with an animal parade to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the zoo.

Tigers, alpacas, bison and other animals walked out with their breeders and were introduced to the crowds. The Yunnan Safari park is pretty famous for its unusual breeding techniques and made headlines this year when it installed a flat screen TV into the enclosure of a depressed panda.

The only Chinese zoo i had the bad fortune to visit made me cry. The animals were pure entertainment: there were 'elephant shows', 'Big cat' shows, where they had to perform. The living conditions were dreadful and the keepers made no attempt to prevent the public from tormenting the animals. Please do NOT visit a zoo in China if you care about animals.
