On August 8th, reporters learned from the Yinchuan City Development and Reform Commission that during the next five years, the Yinchuan rail transport is expected to open. The specifics concerning the line opening and the light rail information are still in the planning stage. According to one official, initial plans for the Yinchuan city rail transit network have already been completed, and in the next three to five years, the people of Yinchuan will be able to enjoy the convenience of having a city rail.
