The winter snow culture tour is held from November 2009 to March 2010 in Xining. Residents and tourists will be able to enjoy art works made of ice by ice lamp and ice sculpting masters during the Fifth Ice and Snow Cultural Tourist Festival from January to February 2010. They will also be able to enjoy traditional performances and shows in Ta'er Monastey from February 6th to 9th, 2010.
