From May 1-3, Xining received 402,100 tourists. 326,000 tourists, 81% of the total May holiday tourist crowd, were in town for a one day trip. People’s Park, Nanshan Park, the Cultural Park and Plateau Wildlife Park, all decorated with colorful flower arrangements, were the most popular destinations. People’s Park was the most visited site.
