Xi'an Police Stalked by Car After Taking Suspect into Custody
Mar 26, 2015 By eChinacities.com

The Xi'an police just wrapped up an investigation concerning a fight that happened last year and an incident that occurred when the police brought a suspect from the fight to the police station. The fight happened in Xi'an's Chang'an district, and was basically an average, every day street brawl. One person involved in the fight had gotten his teeth knocked out, so police arrested the suspect who had thrown the punch.

This is where the story gets weird: when the two police cars were heading back to the station with the suspect in tow, they noticed that they were being followed by another car. The police suspected that the car belonged to the suspects' friends or relatives- talk about having someone's back! The police were worried that the people in the car were going to try to overpower them and take the suspect away, so they called for back up. Two women in the car were arrested and the other suspects fled the scene. Both women arrested were breast feeding babies at home and were let out on bail. Police said that they have since arrested others involved but have not given specific details.

Maybe they were just following their friend back to the station in order to bail him out or just see which station he is going to. So police can just make up your intent and arrest you.?
