According to a relevant department within the Xi’an Municipal Government, in the next five years, Xi’an will strengthen the construction of public transport facilities. Construction of subway line 1, 2 and 3 will be completed and construction of another two or three subway lines and two or three BRTs (bus rapid transit) will begin.
