The 2011 Xiamen Float Parade will be “grandly held” every evening (October 1-6th) in each of Xiamen’s six administrative regions. As of now, 21 floats are confirmed to participate in the parade. The opening ceremony will take place at 20:00 on October 1st at the Egret Island Musical Fountain Square. Parades in other regions will be held 30 minutes earlier at 19:30.
