World’s Most Expensive Office Market Rankings Released; HK CBD Hits No. 1

CBRE (CB Richard Ellis) recently released their 2013 list of the World’s Most Expensive Office Market, which saw Asian office spaces dominate the top of the rankings.

Hong Kong’s Central Area came in at number one, with prices of 235.23 USD per square foot every year. London’s West End was close behind in second with 222.58 USD. Two areas in Beijing entered the top ten list (both third and fourth respectively), with the Finance Street clocking in a sum of 194.07 USD and the CBD area recording 187.06 USD per square feet each year.

Shanghai saw its Lujiazui CBD area come in at number 15 with a price tag of 117.68 USD per square foot per year.
