Nicknamed the “World’s Biggest Table”, a 10m-diameter electric rotating table recently appeared in a hotel in Yangzhou.
The table currently sits in the exhibition space of the hotel, and even has a built in fountain function. Constructed entirely from wood, the table weighs in at a hefty six tons, and can seat around 60 people.
The electrical turning device is reportedly very complex and cost an awful lot of money to install. As a result, many netizens have condemned the impracticality and extravagance of the table, and have labeled it a “waste”.
