Woman in Shandong Gives Birth to Quintuplets

A woman in Shandong gave birth to quintuplets on January 9, the youngest of which weighs only 500 grams.

31 year old Wu Jinping gave birth in Heze City, Shandong Province and the babies were immediately rushed to intensive care. One of the five, a girl, passed away but the family holds out hope for the other three girls and one boy.

Wu and her husband, Zhang Zongli have reportedly said that they are happy but stressed at the growing hospital bills.

The hospital should offer a good discount to the couple. Not every day you can get 5 babies out of a single woman.
