On October 30, a Chongqing woman died after an extremely unfortunate chain of events. She had jumped into the water after her boyfriend, who had jumped in there in order to save his ex-girlfriend.
According to the newspaper reporting on the story, these events were the result of a love triangle gone bad, as they almost always do at some point. The man had allegedly arranged to talk to both his girlfriend and his ex-girlfriend in order to sort out their sticky situation.
When it looked like their situation wasn’t getting resolved, the ex-girlfriend jumped into the river out of desperation, at which point the boyfriend jumped in to save her. Then, out of anger, the girlfriend jumped in too. The boyfriend managed to save his ex-girlfriend but the girlfriend drowned at the scene.

I was just about to say the same thing after reading the first few responses. Unbelievable how cold hearted people's responses can be at hearing about a person's death. I feel sad for her family and friends.
