On July 19, the Urumqi to Beijing train T177/8 will open a second route for passenger train trips. The train, which currently only runs every other day, will depart from Urumqi on July 19 at 17:09 and reach the Beijing Railway Station three days later at 9:32. It will depart from the Beijing Railway Station on July 21 at 15:18 and arrive three days later in Urumqi at 7:46. Tickets can be booked up to twelve days in advance.
