Unregistered E-Bikes Could Be Fined 50-200 RMB in Shanghai
Feb 17, 2014 By eChinacities.com

From March 1, the ‘Shanghai Non-Motor Vehicles Management Method’ will be implemented. Essentially this is about registered, or perhaps more importantly non-registered, e-bikes. No matter if they are old or new all e-bikes must be registered, otherwise the owners could be fined anywhere between 50-200 RMB.
