Starting at 5:30pm on Jan 12th 2009, Shanghai Railway Station south square underground garage is being used as temporary waiting area.
With two floors and a total area of 9,000 sqm, it can hold about 7,000 persons. Chairs, tables and boiled water are available in the garage.
