The warm-up pool of the Water Cube opened on Jun 20th to the public and has been extremely popular with citizens. The number of tourists per day increased to six or seven hundred from the previous two or three hundred. Considering that the summer holiday was coming as well as the hot weather, management at the Water Cube decided to keep it open for six days every week from Tuesday to Sunday.
