A man claiming to be a Tsinghua University doctorate student stood half-naked in the streets of Chongqing yesterday evening attempting to sell himself for 5 million Yuan. The man claimed that because of family difficulties, he could not afford to fulfill his dream of studying abroad. Therefore, he decided to sell try to himself to a wealthy single woman.

5 million Yuan? Seems a little high! “I would not sell myself for a Yuan less,” said the man, “because I am worth 5 million Yuan.”

“If a rich woman really did buy me for 5 million Yuan then I could achieve my dream of studying abroad,” he said. “Of course, in a few years I would return. I must serve my home country!”
