Traffic Restrictions on Songhua River Bridge Expected to be Lifted on April 16th

From January 4, 2011 through April 15, 2011, the Harbin Police Department has been regulating the flow of traffic on the Songhua River Bridge and along the Songbei Boulevard. It is estimated that these measures will cease on April 16th 2011.
