Songjiang Tourism and Shopping Festival will be open in Chenshan Botanical Garden, Shanghai from Sept. 18 to Oct. 16. A float parade, which is composed of 18 floats, will be held along Songjiang on Sept. 26. During the event, the Garden will hold a Gold Sunflower Festival, where one million ornamental sunflowers of various kinds from 120, 000 plants are introduced from abroad to visitors. And the First International Acrobatics Magic Festival will be held in Happy Valley. St. Petersburg State Ice Ballet in Russia, the only classical ballet performed on ice, will also be in Songjiang. In addition, a unique, Mediterranean-style food festival full of French flavor will be held in Sofitel Shanghai Sheshan Oriental.
