Torrential Rains in South China; Potential Landslides Between May 14-16

Another bout of heavy rainfall is expected in various places along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as well as in southern China between May 14-16, according to this morning's Central Meteorological Station forecast.

Guizhou, Chongqing and areas south of the Yangtze River will be hit with torrential rains, while there is a risk of rain-related landslides in the rural regions of Hunan, Guangxi, and the Lushan area of Sichuan.
