'The Little Mermaid' will act as Denmark's "Cultural Envoy" and as the "treasure of the building" at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Denmark will take the seawater in which "the little mermaid" lives, from Copenhagen’s Harbor and transport it to Shanghai. This will create a 'harbor' atmosphere at the World Expo.
