The 9th Shaanxi Xi’an International Music Festival is to open at Xi’an Music Hall on Dec. 17. During the Festival, prestigious symphony orchestras from China and abroad. including Victoria Festival Symphony Orchestra, Moscow Symphony Orchestra, and Rome Festival Orchestra, will bring an authentic “New Year Music Feast” to audiences. The Festival will run through Jan. 2011.
