Starting on November 27 at 10 PM, airport Terminals A and B of the Shenzhen Airport will cease operations, as will the departure terminal for international flights. At this time, scheduled flights will temporarily cease operations at the airport. The next morning on November 28 at 6 AM, Terminal 3 will officially be in use at Shenzhen Airport. At that time, normally scheduled flights will continue as normal.
After coming into operation, all departing passengers must uniformly complete check-in procedures at least 40 minutes before scheduled time of departure, or at least 45 minutes before lift-off of the plane. It is recommended for passengers travelling on domestic flights in China to arrive 90 minutes at the airport prior to departure, while passengers taking international flights should arrive a full 2 hours prior to departure.
