Recently, Season 4 of Teletubbies, made by BBC and over 50 professionals on infant education, language and performance, launched in China and was sold on dangdang.com. Season 4 is designed differently than the previous three seasons and highlights the designing concept from the infants' perspective. The cartoon TV program is customized for infants' learning of knowledge and developing intelligence. During the 10 years when Teletubbies was globally popular, the cartoon stars became the first TV idols of underage children.
