Fujian’s tallest skyscraper, the Xiamen Fortune Center (located at No. 100 Lujiang Road) will have its inauguration ceremony on the morning of July 28th. Construction of the 192-meter-high, 43-story office building began in 2008. The building has a total occupied area of 5082 square meters and a total construction area of 90583 square meters. It is the first building in Fujian to be pre-certified for gold level LEED certification (environmentally friend building certification in the US).
