Taiyuan Temperatures Rise Steeply, Thunderstorms in the Forecast

Taiyuan will see a steep rise in temperatures as summer starts to kick in this week. According to forecasters, temperatures in the city will reach 30℃on May 25th. Due to a slight cold front moving in on Wednesday and Thursday, there will be thunderstorm in some regions of the city. Sunny skies should return on Friday.

Tue, May 25: Sunny to overcast, 13℃-28℃

Wed, May 26th: Overcast, with thunderstorm in the forecast for some regions, 14℃-27℃

Thu, May 27th: Cloudy, with thunderstorm in the forecast for some regions, 13℃ -28℃

Fri, May 28th: Sunny to overcast, 13℃-29℃
