Built for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games as the National Aquatics Center, the Water Cube is now under renovation, aiming to feature tourism, recreation, events, and a super water world. The investment invitation has already been launched and the renovated Water Cube is scheduled to open in July. The highlight of the total 200 million RMB investment will be the water world designed by a Canadian company, which is expected to become the largest in Asia, and one of the best in the world.
