On Jan.31, “Bohai Jewel” Vessel, the largest and the most luxurious ro-ro passenger vessel ever designed and built in China, completed its maiden voyage from Yantai to Dalian. With an investment of 350 million RMB, the vessel now has the greatest capacity in China, able to accommodate 1630 passengers and 260 vehicles. The passenger zone includes higher-class and economic guestrooms, amusement and recreation center. 8 classes of ticket prices are available, ranging between 130 RMB to 1200 RMB. The journey from Dalian to Yantai takes 5 hours.
